The battery and oxygen light signals come in via the connector at the bottom right of the instrument cluster. The Headlights are controlled via the headlight switch on the left side of the instrument cluster. Separate connector attaches to the headlight switch.

If your headlights aren't working, check the switch (remove it from the dash and use a volt ohm meter to verify that the switch functions (Bentley has wiring diagrams and you should be able to puzzle out which tabs on the switch change states as you move the switch.
