Oh yes, almost anyone can make one. And you can find exactly how to do it with a breeze through the archives here. How's that for sharing? The thing is, it took me about 2 years to get around to doing it. But consider the cost of the materials, and the fact you have to buy 8' of pipe to get a few inches worth. and then the time to find the specifications in the archives, cut the right size, paint it, paint it again.
