Hello there, In reassembling my dash after doing the blower motor and headlamp relays on my '84 1.9L I discovered an orphaned connector that I can't recall if was connected to anything or originally alone. It's a black wire with a single male spade in a VW plastic plug/housing (p/n 161 971 976), the wire come off the fuse box on the end closest to the steering column. It orginates on a 2 fuse panel to the right of my row of relays, ie not with the rest of the regular fuses. The wire splits off from a green wire with a yellow stripe (if memory serves me correctly) that connects to the rear heater switch in the dash. Thanks! Tolga |
