Subject: Cololant Leak - screw doesn't fit? 84 westy
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

I had a coolant leak on right side. Person said head gasket and replaced. About 500 miles later, it leaked again in same place. 2nd person looked and said it was overtorqued so bolt doesn't fit into threads well. He said he could do a temporary fix with sealant. He did and it worked until now where it is leaking again.

I don't know if it really needed a head gasket since this appears to leak in same place as before gasket got replaced. Is there a fix for this over torgued bolt without having to buy a new block?
