Oh yes, almost anyone can make one. And you can find exactly how to do it with a breeze through the archives here. How's that for sharing? The thing is, it took me about 2 years to get around to doing it. But consider the cost of the materials, and the fact you have to buy 8' of pipe to get a few inches worth. and then the time to find the specifications in the archives, cut the right size, paint it, paint it again. Even at minimum wage, it starts looking cheap for a couple $, delivered to your door.
