I use to make up and sell hardware kits for this purpose with the following components:

Cylinder Head Kit (Both Heads): 4 ea Bolt Din 933 8x30 4 ea Hex Nut 8mm x 1.25mm pitch 8 ea Flat Washer Din 125, 8mm ID

Header Pipes to Collector Pipe Kit 4 ea Bolt Din 933 8x30 4 ea Hex Nut 8mm x 1.25 pitch

Collector Pipe to Cat Converter Kit 3 ea Bolt Din 933 8x45 3 ea Hex Nut 8mm x1.25 pitch
