Hi Jim use car wash soap at 1st and then take it to a stronger cleaner. the only way to drop the mildew is to take it off every single time to let it dry. not fun. trapped moisture will bubble and haze paint over time also lift decals. as for cleaning try not to get to harsh of a chemical since it will destroy the stitching holding it together. at my shop we sell a product by iosso that will remove mildew stains but not sure if that is what your looking for since black bras dont show the stains. c-ya Jonce
