sounds like the upper outer top head bolt is the one your talking about The heads crack in the radius of the bolt seat in the heaad and it then looks like the bolt is is not sealed my guess is that it the head cracked. You can try a sealant but the sealant builds up in the cooling system around the cylinders and I'm sure in the radiator and the heater cores Bob Boston Engine Exchange
