I am diving in to final stretch of my prototype veggie-oil system for the Diesel motors. I am looking for some sort of small (M6 or M8), thermostatic electric switch that will change state from open to closed, or from closed to open (I don't care) at around 60C (140F) in order that I can use it to trigger a relay. This switch will sample the temperature of veggie oil in a metal enclosure. Suggestions or ideas for this would be greatly appreciated - the more common / cheaper the better. Most coolant stuff is about 80C which is too high for my application. Thanks in advance!
