Pedro,

The wheel arch is the 16" style and is attached to the door. The idea here is to keep your clothing clean when entering or leaving the truck. The wheel arch acts like a mud/water shield and keeps the actual wheel arch area clean.

The gate brush bars are attached with 3 bolts each. The bolts are actually placed through the top edge of the gate, and are secured to a special flat steel bar that runs the length of the gate under the top edge. The steel bar is drilled and tapped to accept the mounting bolts.

When we reassembled the brush guards and the roll bar after restoration and painting, it took 4 of us over 4 hours to reattach the parts. They are VERY securely attached.
