Hello,

I ordered a set of Vredestein snow tires (Transport Snow was the model) for my Vanagon from Premier Tire, 4650 Steel St., Denver CO 80216 (1-800-525-3031). They are made especially for the Vanagon, and are outstanding (even in Montana winters). Two years ago, they were $75 ea.
