Sounds like somebody pulled the hose and crammed the bearing into the end to
maintain vacuum. Then they either lost it down the hose or forgot about it.
Better to use a proper plug, makes it kind of hard to miss. Wonder who you
peeved off in a past life- these things are testy enough without bearings in
the vacuum lines. Sheesh. : )
