I don't know about other people, but if I were selling a Westy and someone asked me if they could pull the fridge to check for rust, I'd have to insist that they pay a shop to perform the R&I. Because there is no way I'm letting some guy off the street start ripping and tearing on a van I have for sale.

Hey man,dont buy that westy tilllll you pull the frig.Check for rust!!!!!!! Then do what Kim said and also burp the frig.It will increase the frig efficency,and output.Do that by turning the frig upside down for 2 days and periodically hitting the pipes and fins w/a rubber hammer.This will free up any fluid caught in crevaces and any percipitation that will be on the interior of the pipe bottoms.Roger Sisler
