I'll repeat myself... Call your local electrical contractor. The 2 1/4" Greenlee punch is $96 from McMaster-Carr. Your local contractor WILL have one (used for 2" conduit) and I'm sure that they'd appreciate the beer money. It can't hurt to ask....
