Does anyone have a spare Vanagon part that I can have for its shipping cost?

I need a spare Pop Top (1985 is my year model) latch "male" piece.

I intend to open up my pop top and use this spare piece to latch into the female latch piece that is now high up in the air. I will use this to hang a small "wall" there to hang my pots and pans while camping.

I know others have posted similar boards straped on but I thought this latch mechanism would be a nice tough.

Anyone feel like helping an experiment along in Georgia

Thanks either way,

Larry Georgia
