I've mounted mine in the "compartment" underneath the cabinets next to the water tank. I took out the circuit breaker, and mounted it in that compartment. Put in a new electrical box w/an outlet (white to differentiate it from the black 110 outlets) and then ran a wire from the new outlets to the inverter. I put a power switch near the control panel above the fridge.
