Subject: Re: Do Canadian vehicles have "titles"???

What is a "Title"?????? or should i ask, what is a CLEAR title??????? What is a title that is NOT CLEAR???? Do you guys have a register card on top of the title....

Am kind of ready to go buy 1, or2, or 3 van / bus......

A customer of mine lately bought 2 Westy in CA (California) and he is having big problem with the 82 (No valid title or/and Not a clear title), so he his kind of stuck with the van!!!!!!!!!! (i wonder how he got the van through the customs???)

In other words.... I see many Canadian comming back with Westy... It is quite easy to get, what i would call a short term licence plate, or a one way licence plate (i don't know how you guys call that paper...) to drive this one back

On my way back, once i hit the USA/Canada border, i got to leave that TITLE for 3 days at the border so they can CLEAR the van for exportation, i also have to leave the van on the US side for that period....

After that, it is the usual importation procedure... (pain in the butt)

I would kindly appreciate any comments on that matter, about the US title and those who dis bring back a van..

In other words, if a title is not clear!!! what to do??? also, how can i be sure that the title is clear????????

Cheers, Ben ps.: well, it as been a wile since I asked a question!!! hi hi hi http://www.benplace.com/
