Subject:      No air-cooling fan for air condistioner

I have 89 vanagon aand the cooling fan stopped working,it still blows cold
air but no high speed fan. The fan still works for engine cooling but not for
air-con. Have checked all fusses under dash and back drivers side compartment
next to back hatch There must be another relay between switch and fan,help?
