Well I marked it on the calender to see how long it lasts. As of yet no squeals, whines, creaks, cracks, whisltes, etc. But I am wondering about those forced air pads.

But I did manage to close both of the dash vents and the driver's door vent. In less than 8 minutes down the road in 45 degree weather it was nice and cosy with a long sleeve tee shirt on. No more cold air blowing in from the vents.
