RIGHT!!! NONE (ZERO) of my Vanagon's use a Type IV engine. And further I think you'll find that almost no Vanagon that >DID< use a Type IV engine ever had AC in it. Almost all Vanagon's with AC where WBX engines. NOT a Type IV engine. Different animal entirely.
