My starter in my '84 manual transmission westy works fine when the motor is cold, but after extended driving it turns the hot motor very slowly, like the battery is weak. From the archives it looks like it could be weak ground(s), starter support bushing worn out of round, or weak starter. My question is why does it work fine when the motor is cold? Thanks Pascal '84 Westy
