the only dash difference would be the early or NON-GL dash vs the late ('85
up GL) or padded dash..    which really wouldnt be an issue since '90-'91 US
spec NON-GL's had the "early"  NON-GL  non-padded dash anyway.  transporters
never had the GL padded dash any year. (except maybe the fancy tri-star?)


basically we are looking at a instrument cluster swap to convert from
Canadian specs to US specs and thats pretty much it.


since most new US vehicles have DRL's  the 90-91 canadian DRL vanagons
wouldnt be a issue..
