I have a Trans-Awn 2000 on my camper. I emailed Dometic for more info and this was their response:

The Awning Outlet faxed me a drawing with a parts list when I called them for more information.

I like my awning, but I don't use it very much. Mine had a broken spring when I got it, so I have taken it apart and repaired it. Any other questions, just ask.
