It would cost you $750 during a rebuild for just the tranny portion of a locker setup..Then you have to plumb it and add the switch and misc stuff after that...another few hundred bucks...Take Dennis H's advice...try tires first...Several of us builders are working with Peloquins Differential to make a "quaife" type torsional diff for the 2wd vans. May be a year out, but he is trying to gear up for that or a combo setup for a syncro also. Would run about $1000 if its similar to his Jetta stuff pricing..Stay tuned and holler if any questions..
