Pulled it and tested it on my test set for pumps.  Passed fine, but I always
carry a spare pump anyway.  (two actually,  when I checked to make sure the
spare pump was in its place I found two "cloning maybe??)


The funny part on fuel pumps on the vanagon is that on the early pumps I am
finding them very resistant to cavitations.  But on the later pumps I have
seen and heard of quite a few failures from it.
