I would do the pin test in the Bentley for the injection wiring harness and be sure that the crimp connections are good at the very least use an meter to determine if the wires do not have any resistance. The threads in the head are the least of you concerns for a good connection to the head make sure the flat surfaces are good and clean and use a new bolt. a sealant like a white lith grease might slow the corrosive process. never use an anti seize compound on the ground bolt threads at the head this could interfere with the computers reading the signals correctly
