Some of Koni's coilover (bike) dampers HAVE an external adjuster wheel... to adjust, turn wheel. It stinks that they make their car dampers so that you have to unbolt one end to adjust them. Despite this, they are the best. They don't break. And they are rebuildable (as long as Koni makes parts for them...
