Frank, et al on hydraulic barrel nut couplings that are heavily rusted, take a small dremel (pin grinder) I prefer the 36" flex shaft extension. and score a cut the long length but not too deep to ruin the threads underneath.. then if it doesn't just pop apart easily, a little heat and it'll expand the outside most nut to come off easily.
