And I would argue with you. :-) See U.S. postal regulations, section 371.5, at http://pe.usps.gov/text/Imm/immc3.html#S?oUq2f4wats. The list of countries the U.S. post office will cash US$ postal money orders from is not huge, and it's kind of an odd mix (mostly small countries besides Japan and Canada; probably because most other countries don't sell US$ postal money orders), but it is indeed an official U.S.P.S. service. Here's the list: Albania Anguilla Antigua and Barbuda Bahamas Belize British Virgin Islands Canada El Salvador ($500 max.) Grenada Guyana ($500 max.) Japan Montserrat Peru St. Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis St. Lucia St. Vincent and the Grenadines Trinidad and Tobago Incidentally, the U.S. post office can also sell you an international money order that is payable in those countries (plus about a dozen others). - Ron Salmon The Bus Depot, Inc. www.busdepot.com (215) 234-VWVW _____________________________________________ Toll-Free for Orders by PART # : 1-866-BUS-DEPOT |
