After checking a few calendars, it's been decided to have the East Coast Syncro De Mayo on the weekend of the 21st and 22nd of May. Of course, early arrivals are welcome on Thursday or Friday. Plans for this year even have us traveling the 2nd Mountain Trail and Dictum Ridge Trail of the George Washington National Forest (official off road vehicle trails). Following that we'll head up to Meadow Knob to camp on Saturday night. Note that early arrivals will camp up at my place in West Virginia. For Saturday arrivals, we'll try to arrange a rendezvous point at Clines Hacking (where the two official trails diverge.) More details (and directions) later. |
