well, the old fuzz was worn off his pop top, as it is on mine. Annoying thing about the old fuzz is that it doesn't hold enough water and I get drips of condensation (from a moulding line) right on my face some mornings (if i haven't got the vent open). I don't think you're going to have much of a problem of moisture being trapped behind the glue-on carpet-like insulation, for if the glue job is done right, there "is no there, there". Alistair
