A supercharger that will provide any useful boost would take 10-15 hp to
run. Do you ave any idea how big and heavy a 10 hp electric motor is?
(more than the 95 hp waterboxer!) And where would you get the power to
operate it? A very long cord hooked to 480 volt 3/phase twist-loc at
your local factory?
These are 12volt defroster fans (and probably cheap imported knock-offs
at that.!) About $20 worth at your local FLAPS and guaranteed to to
nothing except make the e-Bay  vendor richer. It's a scam. Another clue
is the private auction. This keeps you from ever being able to contact
previous buyers.
