Was shocked when I won!  I bid just as a place setter not expecting to win.

Building a whole new cabinet for the kitchen.  Will keep the section that
has the water tank and the storage right next to it.  The section that was
where the fridge and sink/cooktop/cabinet was has been removed.  Plan to run
a wall all the way to the top behind the drivers seat rather than the just
as high as cabinet that was in there.  Will be putting the battery bank in
the bottom. Still looking at different furnace units as well. The sink I
will be using is actually a small bar sink.  It is much deeper than the
stock westy sink.  Will be able to get the coffee pot under the faucet.
Front burner on that stovetop will cook my coffee much faster as well.
