I get similar ones from PayPal and eBay too. If you're unsure, forward them to <spoof@paypal.com> or <spoof@ebay.com>; they will reply to tell you if it's a scam. NEVER respond to these messages with ANY creditcard, username or password. The link on the last "PayPal" scam I got took me to a page WHICH HAD THE URL <www.paypal.com/...> and which I'd have sworn was a genuine PayPal page, but I know that PayPal/eBay never asks for details by e-mail. PayPal told me that this WAS a scam.
