No, unless you have one of the super rare truck fiberglass bumpers.
I've only seen two and only in pictures. One is in Canada now and the
other is due to arrive to SF in May of 2005.

The center dipped area would have to be cut and modified wider to fit
on a doublecab or singlecab. Lots of fiberglass work required.
