The original is a copper flat washer, part number is the same as you noted below and is the same as N0138492, which is an acceptable alternative (itsa teensy bit thicker). I have on occasion used the air cooled variety copper "crush" washer without leakage problems - Part # N0138152, never re-use them of course. These are more readily available from your local VW shops (Size is 14idx20od for the flat or crush size).
