Dremel with the small cutting wheel. I did thid two weeks ago. Try heating them as well. this does help.

Sounds like this voodoo chick I used to go out with. But contrary to popular belief Peanut Butter does not help you get your nuts off. But that voodoo chick seemed to like it. ;-)
