Subject: Power Door Lock Actuator part number?
Comments: To: syncro@yahoogroups.com, syncrolist@yahoogroups.com
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

I'm near the end of my little saga. After the wiring checked out, I removed and disassembled the actuator.

Massive internal corrosion; the electric motor was frozen and looked like a zinc cell battery left in sea water. I was prepared to clean cibtact, grease and reassemble, but its clearly a goner.

Now I can't find the appropriate part number. ETKA is no help, it shows the lock but not the actuator, on page 101-00.

The part number on the body of the actuator is really messed up, but looks like 255 958 or 959 701 or 781 but when I run any of those combinations through the ETKA search I get part unknown.

Anyone help me out, and or know of a good quick source?

Thanks

Tom F.
