No, you are not alone, I spent a month trying to get my money back from them after they took three weeks to "next day" a unit to me. I still have the unit, unopened, they have offered to provide me with a shipping label to send it back to them three times now, but I still haven't received it. Anyone want an Audiovox Sirius car unit cheap? I find deadspots a lot more often with the sirius. I had XM for two years and it was great, I just thought id try something else since they were doing their free offers back in november. Sirius has the most incompitent customer service department in the world though, so cross your fingers that everything you ordered shows up and that they dont somehow charge you three times for the yearly subscription, then reverse it and do the same 3 all over again. I literally spent 2 months trying to get setup and fix their messes. Im probably one of those 'one in a million' cases where this type of thing happens, but it *really* sucked. cr
