Chuck, I wasn't bashing anything. I just thought it bit belittling for a VW parts department to be relying on a large competitor's vehicle to be conducting business with. With a VW dealer's name on it especially. I think I'm going to do some research on this matter. Just to find out how many dealers in a tri state area actually depend on the use of a VW product for their HD everyday duties. This should be an interesting survey. I wouldn't even pursue this if they were using Mini Cooper's-:) RC
