I've lifted mine here and there (on/off a stand, etc.) with just me and one other strong guy. Not a lot of room for more there (at least around me). If you use your floor jack right, the old one will come out slick as snot. Goes in pretty easily as well once you have it on the jack again. On other vehicles, we used to use what I called a 'redneck engine lift'. Two rednecks (one of 'em being me), one 4x4, one logging chain and a case of beer.
