I have the opposite 'problem', if you will. We got the equipment, set up the service, all went smoothly- they still haven't billed us. Go figger. I find the head unit to be clunky, unwieldy and unfriendly but they all seem to be variations on the same flavor. My biggest problem with it is that my wife insists on listening to the 80's pop garbage that I detested the first time it came around.
