You may want to recheck what item you are looking at.

The only line that I know of in the brake system that comes in 5 meter lengths is the rubber lines. For the rubber ones it is best to get them already assembled. Any of the online vendors has them.

For the metal lines, you will need a flaring tool and get a length of the right sized brake line from your local flaps. It will be straight and anywhere from 10 inches on out to 6 foot in length. May even have some connectors already on it. If they are the right ones just cut them off and put the correct ones on and flare to fit. You may need a bender as well if the bends from the rear connection are tricky.
