I know it's not Friday, and this isn't actually about VWs strictly speaking, just a reminder how fast something can happen when you are driving down the road minding your own business. I was headed home from town this afternoon and saw something that  got my adrenaline going- a flying SUV.  2 vehicles ahead of me were trying to pass a car, the second one didn't have room, so hit the brakes and pulled back into my lane. The road was covered with blowing snow, he lost control, went across the center line and hit the opposite ditch head on doing about 50. He went airborne, flipped and rolled a couple of times, landed right side up. The oncoming car had also headed for the ditch to try and keep out of his way, the snow just slowed him down in a hurry. Good thing there is over a foot of snow on the ground. No serious injuries. Just a reminder to keep an eye out for idiots.
