Subject: Winter Camp Out at Pokagon State Park Report
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

A great time was had by all at Pokagon State Park in Angola, Indiana, Saturday, February 19th. We set up camp in the 30F weather, started the chili in the crock pots and headed out to the toboggan runs. We all had great rides on the toboggans down 1/4 mile refrigerated run.

Back to the campsite for chili, a warm campfire and lots of bus talk. Stayed toasty warm that night using list member tips of Mylar blankets fitted inside the pop-top and electric heaters. Got down to around 22F.

We awoke to 3-4 inches of snow on the ground, rekindled the fire and lined up the Vanagons and one Eurovan for a snow-filled photo shoot. We all made plans to meet up again at www.busesbythebeach.com in May. Had 4 Vanagons and one Eurovan in attendance. Check out the link to photos below. Just set it up, hope it works, going to bed.

Great fun!
