The connector on the driver's side is in that rat's nest under the dash. If you remove the dash vent diffuser and peer through its hole while tugging on the wire loom from the door where it enters the door surround, you should be able to trace the wire routing to the connector. To work on it, you will probably have to also pull the fusebox away from its mounting saddle.

I've not worked on the passenger's side, but it should be easy after you have done the other side.
