thats because you live on the west coast... near SF...in central cali.. where there are vanagons everywhere you look and people give vanagon parts away for free :<) 3000 miles east of you here in Vanagon no-mans land in PA vanagons are alot more scarce.. i can go weeks or months without seeing one on the road other than mine. the cost of shipping one of these 2 person middle seats (4ftx2ftx29" and @100lbs cross country is cost prohibitive.. its too big for UPS or fedex and would have to go freight. so basically i am offering these middle seats for local pickup only, unless folks are wealthy enough to pay at least $200 or so in freight to ship one of these things..
