Don't forget the 2 bottom engine studs that mate with the tranny are different lengths depending on whether the tranny is manual or auto. The first time I did an engine swap I learned this the hard way.

Measure your studs, you may have to change them. Luckily they are almost never seized in the engine case, they come out easy with double-nut or vice grips.
