My 85 wasn't running when my registration was due so I
waited until it was running and registered it on line.
A smog check was needed and the web site informed me
that I would be receiving a letter in 2 weeks and that
I was supposed to take that to the smog check place
and get the vehicle smoged. I still haven't got the
letter back from state and it's been over a month.
I've been driving it a little but am concerned about
getting pulled over. I've done what I was supposed to
do on my end, the state hasn't. What would you do?
I've heard that they can impound the vehicle. Is this
true?
