Yep!&nbsp; the caps go on the wheels and then the wheels go on the van.&nbsp; No
amount of vaseline will allow you to put the caps on after the wheels
are on.<br>

The problem may be with the driver's side where the speed cable clips
in. Do they make lower profile dust caps?
